2025 was a busy and successful year for St Athan Community Council, delivering a wide range of events and initiatives for the community. Building on this success, plans for 2026 include continuing popular events, introducing new activities, and creating more opportunities for residents to engage.
St Athan Community Council has three wards: St Athan (VAO) 1,393 voters, 8 councillors; Flemingston (VBO) 1,739 voters, 3 councillors; Gileston (VCO) 146 voters, 1 councillor. Voting is by ward only. Elections are every five years; next full election May 2027.
