Get help with your NHS hearing aids
RNID offers free monthly drop-in sessions to help people get the most from their NHS hearing aids, including cleaning, tubing, batteries, hearing checks and advice. Sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 10am–12pm, at Llantonian Hall, Llantwit Major.

RNID is offering free drop-in support sessions to help people get the most out of their NHS hearing aids.
The sessions are available on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, from 10am to 12pm, at:

No appointment is needed.
The drop-in sessions can provide support with:
- NHS hearing aid cleaning and tubing replacement
- Free replacement hearing aid batteries
- Free hearing checks
- Pairing hearing aids to mobile phone apps
- Information on assistive devices and technology
- Accessing local support and services
- Information on managing hearing loss and tinnitus
- Communication tips and advice
