New Website Launched
🌟 St Athan Community Council has a new website! Find news, events, council info, and ways to get involved.
A Community Council is the most local tier of government, representing residents and acting as a link between the community, public services, and higher government levels. It addresses local issues, manages projects and services, and promotes well-being. Councillors, both elected and co-opted, operate transparently and ethically, following Codes of Conduct, Standing Orders, and Financial Regulations. By engaging residents and providing a forum for decision-making, Community Councils ensure local voices are heard and help shape services and policies that directly affect the community.
