The Gathering Place: A Community Space for St Athan

The Gathering Place is a welcoming community hub in St Athan, used by around 200 people each week. Originally built as a Methodist church and community building, it continues to bring people together for connection, support and shared activities.

A short feasibility study is now exploring how the space can grow and meet changing local needs. With support from Community Thinking CIC, the project is looking at how the building is used, what local people want, and what new opportunities could help secure its future.

Local residents are invited to share their ideas through the community survey.
