St Athan Community Council advises that grass cutting at selected sites in Flemingston, East Camp, St Athan and Gileston will take place fortnightly from March to late October/November.

Grass Cutting Schedule for Community Areas
St Athan Community Council would like to inform residents that grass cutting across a number of community locations will take place on a fortnightly schedule, running from March through to the end of October or November, depending on seasonal conditions.
The areas included in this programme are:

Flemingston Bridge

Flemingston Oval (Cwrt-Iolo) – grass collection included

Flemingston Triangle and the small patch next to it

East Camp strip to the bus stop, starting from the Gathering Place
(please note this applies only to the first 2 metres from the road to the bus stop, not the whole area) -
Behind Londis Shop in the village – grass collection included

St Athan Monument
-
Gileston – patch next to Orchard Way
This maintenance schedule is designed to help keep these community spaces tidy, safe and well presented throughout the growing season.
