NOTICE OF FULL GENERAL MEETING
St Athan Community Council
Full General Meeting of St Athan Community Council will be held as follows:

Venue: Council Chambers, Old School Hall, Church Lane, St Athan, CF62 4PL
Public Attendance
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting either in person or remotely.
Anyone wishing to attend remotely should contact the Clerk to the Council in advance to request access details.

Notice of Meeting Recording
Only meeting business will be recorded. Recording will be paused during breaks and stopped for confidential or sensitive matters where required.
Recordings and transcripts are temporary working documents. They will not normally be published or circulated, access will be restricted, and they will be securely deleted in accordance with the Council’s Records Retention, Disposal and Meeting Recording Policy 2026. The approved written minutes remain the Council’s formal record.
The Chair will announce the recording at the beginning of each meeting. Attendees are asked to avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information during public business.
