Greenlinks Community Transport

Greenlinks Community Transport is a membership scheme offering accessible, affordable transport for local people living in the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas.

The service provides door-to-door transport for individuals, groups, clubs, societies and non-profit organisations. Greenlinks can help residents attend medical appointments, community groups, shopping trips, social visits, days out, hair appointments and more.

All Greenlinks vehicles are wheelchair adapted and fitted with accessible ramps. The fleet includes 12-seater buses, 9-seater buses, caddy vehicles and electric caddy vehicles.

The service usually operates Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays. Group transport may also be available during evenings and weekends.

Members can request transport up until midday on the working day before they wish to travel. Requests are then considered and journeys are scheduled depending on vehicle and driver availability. Passengers may share the vehicle with other pre-booked passengers travelling to the same or nearby destinations.

Membership costs £7.00. Journey fares are based on the number of zones travelled, with a maximum return fare of £6.00.
